Strathmore Crescent offers permanent accommodation to people with long term and enduring support needs.
We work closely with outside agencies to support these service users, helping them to remain as independent as possible and to maintain their residency. Often these people would otherwise be street homeless, in hospital or in care homes.
Service users are referred by the Housing Advice Centre and internally from other Cyrenians projects, occasionally structured referrals are taken from hospital Social Workers and Community Psychiatric Nurses.
