Service Liaison Volunteer
The ideal volunteer would be someone with experience of line management and who has strong organisational and communication skills.
Duties will include:
- Volunteer engagement through the promotion of the program;
- Conduct an ongoing evaluation of the grams and services delivered;
- To assist in the induction of volunteers to increase their understanding of the organisation and their role as a volunteer;
- Ensure volunteer procedures are followed and records are maintained;
- To regularly meet with volunteers and act as a support network for them;
- Ensure that volunteers work in a safe, healthy and supportive environment and policies and procedures are followed;
- Assist in the planning and implementation of formal and informal volunteer recognition.
