ThriftBoutique Swap in the Shop

Daisy Green Events and the Thrift Boutique are teaming up to hold an exclusive Swap in the Shop event in Eldon Square.

We would love you to join us in this our first ever shop based swapping event in Newcastle which will raise money for The Cyrenians (helping homeless and vulnerable people in the North East) who run the fabulous Thrift Boutique.

Swap in The Shop - Daisy Green Events teams up with The Cyrenians ThriftBoutique to host an exclusive Swap in the Shop event in Eldon Squaer Newcastle - Donations, Charity,

HOW DOES IT WORK?

If you are unfamiliar with a swap shop it is really simple. All you have to do is bring along up to 15 items of your clothing that you no longer wear, that you have never worn or that you feel guilty about giving away (this includes shoes, bags and accessories) and donate it all to the swap.

You can drop these items to the Thrift Boutique Store in Eldon Square anytime during the day on the 18th June but must be dropped off by 4.45pm at the latest. You will receive a ticket with the number of items you have donated.

When the event begins at 5pm, you will be able to choose to take as many items as you have donated. Please keep hold of your ticket though as your items will be counted.

So, grab your friends and your unwanted clothing and come along to this exclusive swapping event and enjoy an evening of revamping your wardrobe!

AND THAT'S NOT ALL - We will also have an entire floor dedicated to swapping Bric-a-Brac so please bring unlimited donations! This is a real opportunity to clear out all those nick nacks that you really don't want any more! The same applies - you will receive a ticket for any donated items and you will be able to take away anything that takes your fancy.

Tickets for this event must be bought from either the shop itself or online via Daisy Green Events from Saturday 28 May at only £5 (and booking fee of £1.50 for online ticket sales so please buy multiples tickets). There is very limited space in the shop so it really will be first come first served.

All the clothing and bric-a-brac donated and left over will be kept in the shop to sell on raising vital funds for the charity.
