2010 Half Yearly Financial Results
Today, The Cyrenians published it's half yearly financial results showing an income of £5,013,586 for the six month period to 30 September 2010. This builds upon the growth experienced by The Cyrenians in its recent history as it bucks the trend of economic downturn and public sector cuts.
The income figure of £5,355,279 as a total for last year show we have generated almost all of last years income in just six months. Much of this income has been brought about by the activities of the subsidiary companies, much of the trading work carried out by them has been undertaken with the purpose of generating funds to be used by the parent charity.
During the forthcoming economic difficulties it is imperative that the organisation stands on a sound financial footing and that it can continue to support those it serves by changing lives and building futures.
