Established Property Services Company
TCUK Property Services is the property development company established by The Cyrenians in 2009. We develop, maintain, and refurbish all Cyrenians properties to professional industry standards and have all insurances in place. Properties vary – from listed Georgian 40 bedroomed facilities to smaller residential houses.
We employ 17 personnel and our senior management team includes qualified Quantity Surveyor, Health and Safety Officer, Financial Control and Project Management. The team have over 100 years of building
management experience between them.
We also train homeless or disadvantaged people looking to begin a career in the construction industry. At our workshop in Newcastle trainees are guided through training to attain industry recognised qualifications that lead to full time jobs. Trainees are constantly monitored and their skill progression, in partnership with Hartlepool College, is formally recognised.
Regional Coverage
TCUK Property Services offices are based in Newcastle upon Tyne close to the city centre but we cover an area from Berwick to Teesside. Our workshop is currently being improved so that we can manufacture building materials as well. For example we will be able to craft a wide range of high quality, competitively priced materials including skirting boards, bespoke joinery items and door sets.
Range of Services
TCUK management have been maintaining and developing property on behalf of The Cyrerians for over 10 years so it was a natural progression to establish a sister organisation. We offer a range of services ranging from full property development, 24 hour emergency response property maintenance, refurbishment, small one off jobs and specialist services. All trades are covered including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, plastering, bricklaying and landscaping.
We have completed work for a variety of organisations from fitted kitchens to full refurbishments and ongoing maintenance.
